The Salar de Uyuni is the largest in the world and is home to one of the most unique landscapes on the planet. Experience the colored lagoons, the peculiar volcanic rock formations, and take a bath in the natural hot springs.
Description
DAY 1: We leave Uyuni at 10 A.M. in 4×4 to visit: Colchani (where you will find handicrafts made with Salt), Train Cemetery, Salt Processing, Salt Hotel, Dakar Monument and Inkawasi Island. On this island you will be able to see giant cacti, fossil algae, a unique type of flora and enjoy spectacular views. Lunch and photo session in the middle of the salt flat. We will spend the night in a hostel in Sal, shared bathroom.
DAY 2: On the second day of the tour we will cross an Andean landscape and magnificent views of the Ollague volcano. Next we will see colored lagoons. We will have lunch in one of these lagoons, then we will visit the Siloli desert, a place where you will admire colorful mountains and strange rock formations. During this tour we will possibly see vicuñas, vizcachas and flamingos (Andean animals). Towards the end of the day, we will visit the famous stone tree and the red lagoon. We will sleep in a hostel near the red lagoon (shared bedroom and bathroom).
DAY 3: We leave the red lagoon early to head to the geysers and hot springs before having our breakfast. We continue our visit to the green lagoon and for noon we will have our lunch. Finally, we will return to Uyuni, passing through some mining towns and the town of San Cristobal. Approximate arrival to Uyuni at 5 p.m.

We can arrange air and bus tickets to and from La Paz (night buses, sleeper buses).
